Q1:  Can't Connect ? How to conncet ?

  1. Keep Bluetooth on +  The tracker Power ON
  2. 2. Open "Find my"APP
  3. Never use any AirTag user: Tap the "Items", tap the "Add Item", and select "Other Supported Item". Your tag will show on, click it to connect.
  4. Connct Airtag before: Tap the"Items", tap the "+" icon and select "Add Other Item", Your tag will show one 

 

Q2:  How to power on ?

Slim Wallet Tracker :Firmly press and hold the  button at the lower-right corner for about 4 seconds until you hear two beeps — this indicates the tag has powered on successfully.

 

Q3: Which APP need to download? 

Ultrbeka TAG all work with Apple "Find my", no need download other app.

 

Q4: Why does “Play Sound” sometimes show “Unreachable”? 

1.This is normal and usually resolves quickly —Pls try double-clicking the tracker or moving it slightly. Once it's reconnected, all functions including Play Sound should work as expected. 

2.Sometimes when the tracker has been idle or disconnected for a long period, it requires a verification check with Apple’s servers the next time you try to connect (such as when tapping “Play Sound”). If the network is slow or unstable during that verification, the device may briefly show as “Unreachable”.

 3.When the tracker was recently connected and nearby, Apple doesn’t need to re-check ownership. But if it’s been idle for a while, Find My may need to verify whether you’re the correct owner before allowing sound playback. This verification depends on Apple’s network and your current connection quality.
